ATMATIC TF68

The ATMA-TIC TF68 is a new generation 4-post flat-bed screen printing machine
to be used for the most demanding screen printing applications including the
combination of screen and digital preprints.

2 cameras checking the position of the image OR sheet edge
vacuum section precisely aligns the sheet according to the screen position
accuracy ≤ 30 µm

The squeegee assembly runs in 90º angle to the sheet transport.
Squeegee and flood coater are quick and easy to insert.
Squeegee and flood coater are driven by servo motor and securely
run in linear bearing rails.
The robust machine chassis is enclosed by a transparent dust
and safety cover.
