ATMATIC MF55, MF66 & MF88

ATMA’s range of fully automatic, ” camera registration” flat-bed machines with automatic sheet feeder. Pick-up thin sheets from the pile by means of vacuum pick-up carrier. Placement on top of the reciprocating print table and precise camera registration systems. 2 cameras can identify the fiducials, the servo motors within the print table will align the material to perfect registration ≤ 10 µm.

The ATMATIC series are capable to process all kind of flat materials with thickness between 50 µm and 2 mm. The print head with pneumatic squeegee pressure equalizer can be raised and lowered on 4 pillars, for easy access to the screen underside. The sophisticated squeegee system can be equipped with servo height control and anti drip systems.

The HMI is simple and easy to understand, standard 100 recipes can be stored.

The MF series are mostly used for printed electronics, IMD/FIM technology, blood glucose testers and other high demand products.
