ATMA GP series of camera registration, high accuracy flat-bed screen printing machines

The Atma GP series are designed to print with the highest registration accuracy possible in the screen printing industry. The operator feeds the substrate by hand and the camera system compares the fiducial of the substrate with the actual screen position. Then the complete print table is re-aligned by 3 servo motors, reaching an overall accuracy of ≤ 15 µm. After printing the substrate can be removed from the print table by hand and/or by vacuum take-off shuttle. The ATMA GP series uses ball screw motors for precise off-contact repeatability. Due to its compact measurements, the GP series is often used for prototype/ laboratory functions.
