ATMATIC GS 1322-W

This unique fully automatic screen printing machine can handle all kind of flat rigid materials between 1,5 and 12 mm thickness. Auto-elevating nesting bar for edge-to-edge printing. The ATMA model GS1322-W has an exclusive “walking beam” (= reciprocating vacuum) substrate transport system. At the incoming position the glass is registered by means of pneumatic glass edge side and front pushers. The obtained accuracy is ≤ 0,1 mm. After registration, the “walking beam” holds the glass under vacuum and transports it to the print position whilst at the same time the previous printed glass is placed at the machine exit system. The 4-post lift system provides extra clearance for screen inspection / cleaning.
