Our range of heavy-duty industrial high temperature glass dryers has proven to be very effective for drying of both ceramic enamels as well as organic inks applied in screen printing. The dryer is solid-built according to “a box-in-a-box” system. Super effective isolation prevents excessive heat transfer to the environment. The high volume of circulating hot air secures an absolute even temperature profile throughout both the width as well as the length of the heating sections. Optional the heating sections can be equipped with additional IR radiators located between the air nozzle system. The HT dryer series is available in electric or gas fired versions. Both heating as well as cooling sections can be built in 2 or 3 m modules. Standard glass transport with heavy duty Kevlar conveyor belt. Optional are roller systems. The clear HMI is easy to understand and holds all dryer functions. Standard 100 recipes can be stored.
