ATMATIC 70-PDW & 815-PDW

This unique fully automatic screen printing machine can handle all kind of rigid flat materials with a thickness between 1,5 and 6 mm. The ATMA model PDW has an exclusive “walking-beam” (= reciprocating vacuum) substrate transport system. At the incoming position the glass is registered by means of pneumatic glass edge side and front pushers. The obtained accuracy is ≤ 0,1 mm.

After registration, the “walking beam” then holds the glass under vacuum and transports it to the print position whilst at the same time the previous printed glass is placed at the machine exit system. The rear horizontal screen elevation gives the operator full access to the screen underside.
