SPS RSS Automatic Rejects Sheet Separator

In a fully synchronized SPS screen print line configuration, the SPS RSS reject sheet separator can be smoothly integrated between the printing press and the dryer, coping with highest production speed. Misaligned sheets, skipped by the no-print function of the press will be automatically segregated from the sheet stream, thus preventing them from reaching the material pile at the stacker end. A reject counter logs the by-passes for better control.
