SPS AUTOFEED FP Automatic Front Pick-Up Feeder

Automatic front pick-up feeder in portal construction with high-tech suction bar for screen printing processes. The suction bar with individual spring loaded suction cups has an unique “tilting” function. This is an enormous help for separating static or sticky materials. The sheet separation air blast can be easily adjusted. The FP feeder is standard equipped with a sophisticated ultra sonic double sheet detector. The servo driven sheet in-feed belts have a high transport speed combined with ultrasoft sheet approach to the cylinder lay stops. Optional available is top and bottom just-in-time sheet cleaning and various anti-static solutions.  Due to “all sides open” the operator has free access to the pile and all individual adjustments. The feeder pile board lowers down to the floor. The FP feeder is preferred for screen printing plastic card, textile transfer, ceramic transfer, membrane switch overlay, electronics and automotive  industry.
