SPS TURBOSTAR HTTextil

The high temperature textile transfer dryers are designed according to the so called “box-in-a-box” principle. This means that there is no direct contact between the high-temperature inner box and the outside skin of the dryer. The result is a very low dryer skin temperature even when running at high temperatures. The SPS TURBOSTAR HTTextile is suitable for drying both water based as well as plastisol screen printed inks. The high volume of air circulation distributes the heat even over both the width of the conveyor belt as well as the length of the heating zone. The modular design with heating sections available  in efficient 3 m length, makes it possible to adapt the dryer capacity to any requirement. The SPS TURBOSTAR HTTextile can be supplied with either gas or electric heating source. The temperature is reliably and stable throughout the full heating zones. A cooling section can be added in order to safely stack the sheets after curing. The dryer controls run over an easy to understand HMI. Dryer hoods can easily be opened for cleaning purposes.
