ATMA SQUEEGEE GRINDER AT-S SERIES

The perfect squeegee is literally your key for consistently producing high quality screen printing jobs. The AT-S series is equipped with a diamond grinding wheel with automatic reverse rotation, depending on head travel direction. Adjustable grinding speed, grinding depth and grinding angle. The unit is suitable for grinding all kinds of polyurethane rubbers but will also handle RKS profiles with carbon or fiberglass backing. The AT series comes in semi- and in fully-automatic version. The later one has a grinding wheel with 2 different grids, one for course and one for final grinding. The unit has a vacuum system to extract the grinding particles. The uniform squeegee clamping system works fast and secure. The fully automatic version, AT-S…D has a laser height control and all parameters can be set from the digital panel. The operator can just insert the squeegee and walk off, just come back after the job is done! The AT-S series is available in 100, 150 and 200 cm maximum grinding length.
