This line was specially developed in order to serve the fast changing market for display glass.
The new trend to build-in bent glasses into cockpits for passenger cars as well as trucks will be served by this new technology to directly screen print on bent / flexible glass in a fully-automated process. This line can print multiple colors in one go with intermediate conventional drying or UV curing.
The material is guided through the complete line by firm vacuum.
Pre-, post- as well as intermediate treatment can be combined depending on the production process necessities. Flexible hand-shakes can be integrated according to specific requirements.
Drying can be chosen according to requirements.
