Your Tasks

• worldwide installations and commissioning of fully automatic screen printing lines in a team or all by yourself, fully self-reliant
• carrying out of services and maintenances of our screen printing equipment

In the scope of this job you will be fully supported by our technical team. Therefore, you need to be a good teamplayer and – at the same time – you need to cope with self-reliant working. You are mostly working at customer work-shops – thus, you are the company’s representative out there. It is important to be self-confident and to have a good appearance.

Your Profile

• you have a full education / training as electrician / mechatronic
• you enjoy travelling internationally and you are prepared to to so throughout some weekends of the year as well
• you already have some working experience in this field? …. fantastic!
• self-confident appearance as you are our representative at the customer
• you are used to work solution orientated, you are a good communicator and a teamplayer
• fluent English, well in writing, other languages are welcome
• driving license for Europe

Junior Assistant Service Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Central administration / processing of our customer services- Control of the spare parts service
• Management of the spare parts service
• Communication with our customers and our service team on a – technically – equal footing
• Management of our field service engineers

You will actively support our technical team within the scope of these tasks. This requires good team skills and a high degree of independent work. You will work with our service manager and support him in all tasks. It is therefore important that you have a good basic technical understanding and the ability and will to learn.

Your Profile

• a completed technical-commercial apprenticeship
• you already have professional experience in the field of mechanical engineering? Great!
• being « our » voice to the service customers, you need to have strong communication skills
• you work solution-oriented and you are a good team player
• your German and English is fluent, other languages are welcome as well
• you have a class B driving licence
• you are familiar with the usual Office applications
• you enjoy direct contact with customers, combined with occasional (international) travel activities

Assistant Junior Chef de Service Technique (m/f/d)

SPS TechnoScreen est une société qui distribue et fabrique des équipements de sérigraphie haut de gamme à une clientèle mondiale. Nos produits font partie des processus de production sérigraphique des industries automobile, des cartes de crédit, de la sécurité, de la céramique et de l’électronique. Les clients de SPS connaissent nos équipements de sérigraphie comme des produits fiables, de haute qualité et innovants.
Avec notre équipe de service et de vente d’environ 15 employés, nous nous occupons d’un marché de niche international et industriel très exigeant.

Vos tâches
• Administration centrale / traitement de nos services clients- Contrôle du service des pièces de rechange
• Gestion du service pièces de rechange
• Communication avec nos clients et notre équipe de service sur un pied – techniquement – égal
• Gestion de nos ingénieurs de service sur le terrain

Vous soutiendrez activement notre équipe technique dans le cadre de ces tâches. Cela nécessite de bonnes compétences d’équipe et un degré élevé de travail indépendant. Vous travaillerez avec notre responsable de service et le soutiendrez dans toutes les tâches. Il est donc important que vous ayez une bonne compréhension technique de base et la capacité et la volonté d’apprendre.

Votre Profil
• un apprentissage technico-commercial terminé
• vous avez déjà une expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du génie mécanique ? Super!
• étant « notre » voix auprès des clients du service, vous devez avoir de solides compétences en communication
• vous travaillez orienté vers les solutions et vous êtes un bon joueur d’équipe
• votre allemand et votre anglais sont courants, d’autres langues sont également les bienvenues
• vous avez un permis de conduire de classe B
• vous maîtrisez les applications Office usuelles
• vous appréciez le contact direct avec les clients, combiné à des activités de voyage occasionnelles (internationales)
